The Dubai Civil Aviation and Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority (DTMFZA) signed memorandum of understanding to establish and strengthen the partnership between the two. The note included improving the mechanisms of action for the issuance of NOC to heights of buildings, cranes and air balloons, fireworks and other matters concerning the safety of the skies.
