If you wish to register a complaint about media content disseminated through print, broadcast, the internet, digital, on-demand or interactive services, please click here to submit a complaint form.
In order for Dubai Technology & Media Free Zone Authority to investigate your complaint, you should submit it within 28 days of the content in question being disseminated. If you register a complaint after that time, please detail your reasons for the delay and we will assess whether we are able to pursue the complaint.
We will keep your information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties. In the case of a complaint about a possible infringement of your privacy or unfair treatment we will need to disclose your details to the licensee responsible for the content to investigate the complaint.
