Developers, Consultants and Contractors Master Planning
Master Planning Department is part of the Zoning Division of Dubai Technology & Media Free Zone Authority (DTMFZA). It strives to maintain and enhance the physical development of all projects under its jurisdiction as well as its distinguished character in compliance with the overall Dubai Comprehensive planning strategies.
The Master Planning Department provides professional services related to the overall development of projects within its jurisdiction consistent with Dubai vision, general plan, codes and all other pertinent development standards.
- The Master Planning Department's core services are:
- Processing Master Planning Applications: this includes reviewing and approving Master Plans
- Processing Master Plan Modifications: this includes reviewing and approving all modifications done to already approved Master Plans
- Processing Site Plan Applications: this includes the issuance of site plan reflecting planning regulations and requirements at the single plot level.
- Processing Data Application: this includes providing all data related to planning for projects under Master Planning Department. This might be in the form of drawings, maps, or report.
- Implementation and Monitoring: this includes implementing approved master plans as well as monitoring execution that ensure project vision.
- Coordinate with developers, development Investors and relevant authorities
