Dubai Health Authority (DHA) is responsible for ensuring excellence in healthcare in Dubai. Please visit the DHA website for all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
All healthcare professionals and operators operating in the Free Zone require a commercial license from DTMFZA. Issuance of the commercial license is dependent upon obtaining approval from DHA or Ministry of Health, depending on the activity. Hospitals, medical clinics, medical labs and dental clinics require approval from DHA. Pharmacies require approval from both DHA and Ministry of Health.
DuBiotech
Applicants who wish to conduct activities under the ‘Manufacturing & Production’ license segment must be granted a permit from The Ministry of Finance & Industry in order to obtain a commercial license to operate in DuBiotech.
